- If deleting the preferences files does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the POS app.
- If the error persists, open File Explorer and go to C:\ProgramData\RetailHero\RMH POS\. Review the detailed RetailHero.POS.log files and, if necessary, enter a ticket for RMH Support.
