Description: After starting POS, the Net Display screen is hidden behind the main POS screen and/or cannot be moved to the second screen.
Troubleshooting:
- Confirm that you have enabled Windows to extend the display to the second screen. To do this, search for Display, and ensure that two monitors are shown and Extend these displays is enabled. Typically, the monitor facing the cashier is identified as the primary display.
- Log in to POS. If necessary, resize the main POS screen until you can see the Net Display screen behind it. Then, click and drag the Net Display screen to the second monitor. You cannot click and drag the Net Display screen until you have logged in to POS.
