Description: After performing a cash drop, the cash drop amount displays on two lines: once in the cash in column, and again in the cash out column.
Troubleshooting:
- This happens when the cashier or salesperson accidentally enters zero ($0.00) in the Amount field on the Drop screen, then enters the cash drop amount on the drop Tender screen.
