Description: Completed purchase orders are not displaying in the Purchase Order History list.
Troubleshooting:
- By default, there is a filter applied to the Purchase Order History list that only displays purchase orders completed in the previous 90 days. This filter is displayed in red at the bottom of the screen.
- To remove this filter, click the Remove button under Filter in the ribbon. Alternately, click the Add button under Filter, select a different value for the Order Date, and click Change.
