Description: In Store Manager, when an employee attempts to close a blind closed batch by generating the Z report, a "Divide by zero" error displays. The batch cannot be closed.
Troubleshooting:
- If there is an image in the Z report template, remove it by doing one or both of the following:
- Click Setup, expand Hardware, click Receipt Formats, and double-click the store's receipt template. Next to Report, click Properties, and delete the store logo from Logo Filename.
- Alternately, if you edited the XReport.xml receipt template directly under C:\Program Files (x86)\Retail Hero\RMH Store Manager\ReceiptTemplates, edit the report and remove the link to the store logo.
- Check the Over/Short Limits for the cashier or salesperson who blind closed the batch. The Limit percent cannot be zero (0.00%).
