Description: Item lookup codes (ILCs) are red or orange in worksheets.
Troubleshooting: When an ILC is red in a worksheet, this indicates that the item does not exist in the store's database. When an ILC is orange in a worksheet, this indicates a duplicate ILC.
- If an item does not exist in a store's database, the most likely cause is that the item is not assigned to the store group to which the store belongs. If you want to assign the item to the store group, go to Wizards, double-click Store Group Wizard, and use the wizard to assign the item to the store group (and the store).
- If an item does not exist in a store's database, it may be because the item has been added to the Central database but has not been downloaded to the relevant store database(s). Use Worksheet 261: Download Items to download items from the Central database to the store database(s).
- If an item is duplicated in a worksheet, select the item and click Delete Row.
