Description: In Central Manager, when you open an Item record, amounts on the Store Prices tab are grayed out and cannot be edited.
Troubleshooting:
- On the Store Prices tab, in the Store column, identify the store(s) that have grayed out amounts.
- Click on the Store Groups tab.
- Expand each store group to display the stores in the group.
- If there are no store groups on the Store Groups tab, the item has not been assigned to any store groups. If required, create store groups and assign stores to the store groups. Use the Store Group Wizard to assign the item to the appropriate store group.
- If the store(s) are not displayed, it means that they are not assigned to those store groups. If the store is currently unassigned, you can assign it to one of those store groups. Alternately, if the store is assigned to a different store group, you can use the Store Group Wizard to assign the item to that store group.
