Heartland payment event log access error

Issue:

When processing payment POS shows the error message:

"The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: {log name}"

Solution:

Grant proper right to the user account under which POS is running.

Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK. The Registry Editor window appears.
Locate the following registry subkey: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\RMH Heartland Payment Processing"
Right-click RMH Heartland Payment Processing and then click Permissions. The Permissions for RMH Heartland Payment Processing dialog box appears.
Click Add, add the user account or group that you want and set the following permissions: “Full Control”

Restart POS after changes.
